I thought this was great, I either divided it down to make one serving or I made the full recipe for my family (or to have additional servings for myself later in the week). It makes for a perfect M2M episode when the theatrics, comedy, sisterhood, and ostentatious lifestyle porn come together like this. If you are a beginner doing this program my one suggestion is: if you are still struggling with a set of workouts when it is time to step up to the next set simply stay where you are a bit longer. With classes, you just keep going and paying, going and paying, going and paying, until you either can't drag yourself there because you are too busy, or results feel too slow.I like Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism -- and there is another one but I cannot remember the name of it. I finished Jillian Michaels Body Revolution a few weeks but just got round to uploading this review. For W1 (kickstart) and W2 I used 3/5/8, but found it easy so will be trying 5/8/10 and will see if it's more of challenge. You think it’s 30 minutes so it’s short but Jillian will make you work every minute of those 30 minutes.

It should be noted that I did NOT follow her recommended calories or meal plan at all (I don't believe in eating such a low-calorie diet, so I ate about 1500-1600 calories a day), I did NOT follow the kickstart plan which was an ever lower calorie diet and doing two-a-day workouts, and I really didn't do other exercise beyond walking my dog or sometimes doing another workout video on my rest day (30 minutes or less). For cables, I recommend heavier than they're using (I also use a much shorter cable; I find the long ones are just harder to max out on). I need to work out at home as I have my son with me those days and I need something that has an end point, or a goal like completing the programme. I think that if I alter the schedule in some way, I’ll start making excuses as to why I can put off doing one of the work outs, so I want to eliminate that risk before I even start!Dynamic workouts also challenged me more because as soon as my body started getting used to the moves, the workout would be switched up.
