For 2022, they worked with more than 12,000 people in 28 local authorities across the country, delivering homes for people in need. A favourite for cultural insight is Food In Vogue — a collection of recipes that appeared in the magazine. I’ve known Anna for a good few years now and the one thing that always strikes me is that she has all the skill and finesse of a truly great restaurant chef, but the heart and soul of a generous host and exceptional home cook.

Anna takes inspiration from old Irish recipes, culture and stories to create a modern Irish cuisine that still has the heartbeat of home. She has since revealed that she grew up “surrounded by a family who loved cooking”, which ultimately inspired her to become a professional chef.
